The profile details you provide — your name, contact information, qualification body or academic institution, specializations, experience, and any résumé you upload — plus basic account data needed to sign you in securely.

By default your profile is invisible to every employer. It becomes discoverable only when you turn on sharing, and only the specific fields you opt to reveal are shown. Employers never receive your data in bulk; they see consenting members one profile at a time.

From your Consent & Privacy screen you can toggle sharing on or off, choose field by field what is visible, decide whether employers may contact you, and revoke all sharing instantly. Revoking takes effect immediately across search.

Access to member data is limited to verified Employer Organizations and to the checks our team performs for verification. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your information secure.
